The Association of Residential Managing Agents
(ARMA) is the only body in England & Wales to focus exclusively
on matters relating to the management of residential leasehold
blocks of flats.
They produce a leaflet "Appointing
a Managing Agent" which outlines the roles & responsibilities
of landlords, lessees and managing agents alike and makes
recommendations on the functions you should expect from your
managing agent.
