Construction
| Handover
During and indeed before the construction
stage, PL Management work with the architects, consultants
and project team during planning stages, through to the construction
contractors and sales agents during the build process.
Our involvement can be as deep as the
developer decides appropriate and usually increases as completion
grows nearer. In general PL Management will:
- Attend all relevant project meetings
- Liaise with other professional advisors, for example architects, solicitors, M&E services consultants, the project management team etc.,
- Provide advice on good practice, implications on service charge costs/ management/maintenance etc.,
- Liaise with the sales agents and occupiers prior to completion welcoming them to their new home/work place and passing information regarding the future management of the estate through our Purchaser Information Pack
- Take a consultative approach to relations with tenants and occupiers after occupation and actively participate in any tenants / occupiers forums during the future management of the estate
