| Handover
Upon completion and during the handover
period PL Management would provide a full estate management
service responsible for the day to day management of the estate.
This includes:
- dealing with all enquiries
- supervision of any staff
- appointment of contractors
- ensuring maintenance is carried out on communal plant and equipment for warranty purposes
- changing utilities billing details from the construction team to the service charge account
- carrying out snagging of common parts
- liaison with the sales agents on handover of keys and information to occupiers
- on-going consents and licenses as appropriate or required
PL Management produces an information pack,
which would be issued to all lessees upon handover, and we
expect our External Properties Manager and Administrator to
be integral parts of the handover process. The team work closely
with the developer and construction manager to ensure a smooth
transition programme. |
