We have experience of working with developers of major residential, mixed use and regeneration projects from concept, through the entire construction phase to handover of the completed development and to it’s future management.

The primary objective of the PL Management Team during this period is to support and advise the developer during both the construction stage of the development and the subsequent handover period at completion, in order to make recommendations on the future management of the estate.
